Caution:
-Before measuring together with the thermometer, the patient should stay in a closed room with a stable ambient temperature for at least 30 minutes
-Do not measure the baby's temperature during or immediately after feeding.
-Do not use the thermometer in high humidity
-Do not drink, eat, or move before or during the temperature measurement
-Do not bring the thermometer close to the point of measurement until the last beep sounds
-Clean the probe with cotton swabs moistened with alcohol and wait 15 minutes, Before measuring the patient's temperature again
-With 10 short beeps and a red backlight on the display, the patient is informed that his or her body temperature is 37.5°C or higher
-Temperature should always be measured at the same place, as the reading may vary depending on the measurement site
For newborns and infants up to 6 months of age, doctors recommend measuring the temperature in the rectum. Other methods of measurement may give inconclusive results.
