Return – Within 30 days, unused product

If you are experiencing issues with a product or wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement, please complete the form below. Returns are accepted only within 30 days from the date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which may vary depending on the size of the purchased products.

Please keep the shipment confirmation. You will need to send a clear photo or scan of the document and provide your bank account number for the refund.

Complaint – Issue with a received package containing a warranty-covered product

Was the package delivered damaged by the courier, and the product has visible defects? Please attach photos of the following:

• The received product – to verify its condition
• The damaged area (if applicable)
• The packaging, especially visible damages
• Internal protection/filler inside the package
• The shipping label with a visible tracking number
• A scanned copy of the completed and signed complaint form

We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt
