If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the delivery person and contact us and DHL immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact will not affect your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to make our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
§ 7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 You can withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product. The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. In the case of individual customer decisions, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

- Within 14 days of receiving the package and its inspection by a service technician, the money will be refunded via bank transfer.
If you do not receive the refund within the statutory period of 14 days, please contact customer support immediately.

7.2 If you want to file a complaint, we recommend first contacting customer support. Often, the issue can be resolved before starting the complaint process.
In the event that you received a damaged product, write a damage report with the courier and send us pictures of the carton, packaging, and damaged goods to shop@euroelectronics.eu. Together, we will determine how to resolve the complaint.

Send the tracking number of the package to the email: shop@euroelectronics.eu. It is necessary to send the label in electronic form. It is NOT ENOUGH to place it in the package.

You will receive a confirmation of the complaint being accepted. If you do not receive it, please contact customer support.

How to properly package the product?
Please remember that if you return the product, you are responsible for its condition upon delivery. If the product is damaged during transport due to insufficient protection inside the packaging, you bear the responsibility.
Use:
- sturdy cardboard boxes of appropriate size for the product being shipped,
- bubble wrap,
- strong adhesive tape similar to the one shown in the image, and a knife/scissors,
- filler material such as air pillows or crumpled paper.
- Choose a suitable box according to the size of the product.
- Place a layer of protective material (bubble wrap, paper) under the product.
- Secure the product with protective wrap. Place protective material around the product so that it does not move inside the box.
- Secure the box with strong adhesive tape.
- Label the product with the order number or the sender's name.
7.3 The goods may have no traces of use! In the event of an effective cancellation, the mutually received benefits will be returned and any benefits (such as interest) accrued. If you cannot return us or give us the performance and use (eg, Usage benefits) received or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation. For the deterioration of the thing and for towed use, you only have to pay a fee if the use or deterioration is the result of an act of the thing, which goes beyond examining its characteristics and functioning. The term "testing the properties and the mode of operation" refers to the testing and testing of the respective goods, as is possible and usual in a shop. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your withdrawal or thing, for us with their receipt.
After notification of the complaint in writing (e-mail), we will send the Versand label to the e-mail address of the customer. If the customer only pays for the shipping, we will pay the shipping cost according to the DHL pricelist (up to 14 days after receiving the shipment). After delivery of the defective part, we have 14 working days to repair or replace. In exceptional cases, the response time of the service can be extended
