The recommended values are automatically calculated by the AiFresh app.

EAT WHAT YOU WANT

The AiFresh mobile app in Polish-available free of charge on Android and IOS platforms.
The AiFresh app shows the nutritional value of products consumed in [g]: including calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, carotene, etc. In total, it contains 24 different nutrients. Based on the data provided, AiFresh calculates the recommended daily amount of these nutrients and displays a nutritional analysis of the products consumed.
The AiFresh app compiles and displays a daily nutritional report, taking into account the correct, excessive or insufficient intake of nutrients.
The shopping list contains more than 7,700 foods and you can also add your own products.
