The OKL-1 tick repeller is a state-of-the-art, professional device designed from the ground up to effectively repel ticks within a range of approximately 3 meters and with a battery life of up to 6 months.
The ANTITICK repeller works by emitting ultrasonic signals in the 45-60 kHz frequency range, which disrupt the function of the Haller’s organ in ticks. Ticks use this organ to sense their surroundings and locate a host. By emitting a signal, the repeller creates a sort of “barrier” around the user, which blocks the ticks’ ability to sense a host. The device causes disorientation in ticks and hinders their hunting.
The ultrasonic waves emitted by the device are inaudible to humans and pose no threat to pets. The negative effect of ultrasonic waves on the Haller’s organ of ticks has been confirmed by numerous scientific tests.

- The ANTITICK repeller is designed for children, adults, and pets—including dogs and cats. For children under 36 months of age, use under adult supervision (choking hazard, small size)
- The device uses a replaceable, widely available 3V CR2032 lithium battery
- The device features a sturdy, durable housing made of polystyrene, assembled with screws – it is exceptionally resistant to mechanical damage
- The device is rated IP44; it is resistant to mechanical damage, sunlight, light rain, splashes, and wind. If it gets very wet, allow it to dry completely
- The device can be turned on and off using the two ON and OFF buttons to extend battery life
- The device operates for up to 6 months in continuous mode on a single battery. This time can be significantly extended by turning the device off after each use—pressing and holding the OFF button will cause the LED to light up and, after 2 seconds, turn off the LED and the entire device
- The device contains no chemicals or fragrances, making it completely safe for everyone to use
