HOW TO USE THERMAL SALT

1. Water temperature plays a key role in salt baths. In holistic baths, keep it at 36-38 degrees Celsius, while in partial baths, such as foot soaks, it should be around 37-39 degrees Celsius.
2. The amount of salt you add to the bath depends on the goal you want to achieve. In cosmetic and mineral baths, a handful of salt per tub of water will change the Ph of the bath solution and have a beneficial effect on the functioning of our body. In therapeutic baths, the concentration should be 1-5%.
3. The optimal duration of the bath is about 30 minutes. This is enough time for the skin to absorb valuable minerals.
