The lamp's light source is powered by a battery that takes electricity during the day from the built-in solar cell (panel). It converts sunlight into electricity, which is stored in the installed battery. After dark, the stored electricity is used to power the luminous element - LEDs.

Thanks to the protection class IP44, both the lamp and the solar panel are splash-proof.
