The MCE468 sensor is well-suited for various applications, including garden spaces, around the house or terrace, at entrances, in corridors, cellars, storerooms, garages, and other locations where lights or other appliances require activation upon detecting motion.
Capable of distinguishing between day and night through its twilight sensor, the device automatically turns on and off based on the presence of an object within its detection field.
With a wide 180° detection angle and an impressive detection distance of up to 12 meters, the sensor facilitates effective surveillance of expansive areas.

The primary function of the proposed sensor is automatic lighting control, and it also accommodates the connection of other electrical devices, such as electric heating or air conditioning. However, it's essential to ensure that the power receiver does not exceed 1200 W for resistive loads or 600 W for inductive loads.
This sensor has a versatile range of applications for controlling the lighting of various objects, including residential building facades, courtyards, driveways, entrances, gates, garden green areas, parking lots, exterior walls of buildings, and other architectural structures, as well as for advertising and billboards, shop windows, and various indoor settings.
The device is operational both during the day and at night. The TIME button allows adjustment of the lighting duration, ranging from approximately 10 seconds to 15 minutes. The LUX button enables sensitivity adjustment to ambient light within a range from 3 to 2000 LUX. If ambient light is insufficient and continuous luminaire operation is desired day and night, the button can be set to day mode (sun icon).
