A KETTLE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE

Temperature control between 40 and 100°C allows us to choose the right water for the drink we want to brew. Why is this important? Because different types of tea, coffee, or herbs require different temperatures to fully benefit from their nutrients, aroma, and taste. What's more, the kettle allows you to maintain the temperature for 2 hours after boiling. This allows our guests to enjoy aromatic drinks, and we can prepare a larger quantity of drinks.The lowest temperatures of 40-50 degrees are useful when we want to prepare milk mixtures for the youngest members of the family or when we want to brew Japanese green tea, which requires a lower temperature. Flower teas are best brewed with water at 60°C, white teas at 70°C, Chinese green teas at 80°C, red teas and some types of coffee at 90°C, and black tea is best brewed with water at 100°C. This will bring out their best flavor and preserve their health benefits.
