Asciugatura all'infrarosso con onde infrarosse
INFRA è un nuovo metodo di essiccazione che può essere paragonato all'essiccazione al sole. Il cibo viene essiccato naturalmente senza radiazioni UV dannose. L'essiccazione a infrarossi consente la conservazione di più vitamine, enzimi, minerali e fibre. Con INFRA puoi, ad esempio, essiccare pomodori, carne, funghi, erbe aromatiche e altri prodotti.
5 programmi
L'asciugatrice dispone di un totale di 4 programmi per l'asciugatura e 1 per la sterilizzazione. Il programma "Frutta" è destinato all'essiccazione della frutta. Il programma Verdure serve per essiccare le verdure. Nel programma Carne puoi preparare i tuoi snack preferiti, che di solito vengono essiccati in forno per diverse decine di ore per modificare la temperatura. Nel programma "yogurt" preparare lo yogurt fatto in casa. In ciascun programma è possibile scegliere se asciugare con INFRA o HEATER (senza INFRA). L'ultimo programma (sterilizzazione) viene utilizzato per pulire l'asciugatrice.
Programma manuale
Se non si desidera utilizzare nessuno dei programmi terminati, è possibile scegliere un programma manuale per il quale impostare l'ora e la temperatura. È possibile impostare la temperatura da 35 ° C a 75 ° C. Il tempo di asciugatura è possibile fino a 99 ore.
Manutenzione pratica
