The Concept SO3010 food dryer is equipped with 9 drying screens and offers an innovative design solution. The dryer's motor is located in the lid, so it is protected from damage during drying that could be caused by dripping juices or crumbs from the dried food.
During drying, hot air flows through the vents of the individual plates from top to bottom and is distributed throughout the dryer with the help of a fan. As a result, the SO3010 dryer achieves even drying on all levels.

Drying is one of the few food preservation methods that does not result in the loss of important vitamins and minerals. You can dry almost anything all year round: fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, flowers or pasta. You can easily prepare perfect delicacies in the dryer.
The dryer is equipped with a digital control panel with touch screen. It allows you to adjust the temperature from 35 to 70°C and set a timer to monitor the drying time. After the set time has passed, a beep will sound and the dryer will turn off.
