The box consists of a streamlined, screw-on "jar" and a sponge with multiple parallel cuts. Found coins are slipped into the sponge and from then on receive perfect, 100% protection from scratches, bends, breaks, chipping, peeling patina, etc. With Coinpad XL you can run and jump, and the coins are not even allowed to move. It will accommodate coins up to 39mm in diameter, which is the majority of all coins we find.

Wetting the sponge gives additional advantages, i.e.:
1) Prevents the coin from drying out, resulting in the descent of an unstable patina (applies mainly to copper coins, but not only!)
2) Allows you to see the coin or show it off to your colleagues at any time, because, as we know, a damp coin is usually much more legible.
