The replacement water filter for Sage coffee machines, compatible with the BES008 model, helps improve the quality of the water used to brew coffee by reducing chlorine and certain metals, such as lead and copper, which can result in a cleaner taste.
The filter has a capacity of up to 50 liters of water, which is approximately 400 cups of coffee or about 1,000 cups of espresso, depending on the size of the serving and the settings. To maintain the best filtration results, the cartridge should be replaced after 2 months of use at the latest, or earlier if the 50-liter limit is reached sooner.
