El PROMEDIX PR-960 es un termómetro de última generación con tecnología de medición por infrarrojos.
Utilizando la función de medición de temperatura sin contacto, se puede medir la temperatura de los niños de forma muy sencilla y no invasiva.
El termómetro permite medir la temperatura tanto del cuerpo como de la superficie de diversos materiales o del entorno desde 0 °C hasta 100 °C. De este modo, también puede comprobar, por ejemplo, la temperatura de la leche en el biberón o del agua del baño.
La alarma con retroiluminación de diferentes colores indica temperaturas ligeramente elevadas y altas.
