Le séchoir est équipé de fils d'aluminium épais pour accélérer le processus de séchage et la sangle n'a pas été comprimée. Les lames du sécheur Vileda Extra X-Leg sont finies avec des roulettes, ce qui facilite le déplacement du sécheur et la protection contre les rayures.

Le séchoir en aluminium est en outre équipé d'une sangle supplémentaire pour les petits sous-vêtements. Le dessiccateur de roue supplémentaire a la protection d'aile et de joint et un mécanisme supplémentaire qui empêche le pliage imprévisible et augmente la stabilité du dessiccateur.
